Giselle Walker was born and raised in Barbados. In 2015 she gained her Associate’s degree in Fine Art from the Barbados Community College before attending Ringling College of Art and Design in Sarasota, Florida, where she received a Bachelor’s degree in Illustration with honours. In 2019 she returned home and once again picked up painting with a focus on portraiture in both Acrylics and Oils.

In addition to her skill in painting, she has curated several exhibitions in association with the Barbados Photographic Society, Artists Alliance Barbados and the National Cultural Foundation Barbados. She loves the opportunity to meet with other creatives and hopes to continue to curate exhibitions and aid artists in the future.
